How do I delete my account?

Go to Settings → Delete Account. This permanently removes all your data from our servers.

How do I reset my routine?

Go to the Routine tab, tap the menu icon, and select "Regenerate Routine". You can also update your skin profile in Settings to get new recommendations.

Why isn't my routine showing products I added?

Luni only uses products from your inventory when generating routines. Make sure you've added products to your inventory before generating a routine.

Can I use Luni without completing the quiz?

Yes! You can skip the quiz and build your routine manually by selecting products from your inventory.

Is my data secure?

Yes. We use industry-standard encryption and secure cloud infrastructure (Supabase/AWS). See our Privacy Policy for details.

How do I report a bug?
