How do I delete my account?

Go to Profile → Delete Account. This permanently removes all your data from our servers.

How do I reset my routine?

You can edit your routine directly from the Routine tab, or regenerate it from the Profile page after updating your skin profile.

Why isn't my routine showing products I added?

Luni only uses products from your shelf when generating routines. Make sure you've added products to your shelf before generating a routine.

Can I use Luni without completing the quiz?

Yes! You can skip the quiz and add products to your shelf manually, then build your routine from there.

Is my data secure?

Yes. We use industry-standard encryption and secure cloud infrastructure. See our Privacy Policy for details.
