Welcome to Luni. By using our mobile application, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

Using Luni

Luni provides personalized skincare routine recommendations based on information you provide. You must be at least 13 years old to use Luni.

Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account and using the app.

Subscriptions and Billing

Luni offers free and paid subscription tiers (Basic and Pro). Paid subscriptions are billed monthly through your Apple ID account.

• Auto-Renewal: Paid subscriptions automatically renew each month unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• Free Trial: If offered, the free trial provides temporary access to paid features. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription at the listed price.
• Managing Subscriptions: You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings or the App Store. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you will retain access to paid features until then.
• Refunds: All purchases are processed by Apple. Refund requests must be submitted through Apple. We do not have the ability to issue refunds directly.
• Price Changes: We may change subscription prices. If we do, we will notify you in advance and give you the option to cancel before the new price takes effect.

Luni is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Our recommendations are for informational purposes only. Always consult with a qualified healthcare provider or dermatologist before making changes to your skincare routine, especially if you:

• Have sensitive skin or skin conditions
• Are using prescription treatments (e.g., tretinoin)
• Are pregnant or nursing
• Experience any adverse reactions

Your Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit to Luni (product photos, notes, etc.). By submitting content, you grant us a limited license to use it solely to provide and improve our services.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use Luni for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to access other users' accounts
• Interfere with the app's operation
• Reverse engineer or copy our software

Service Availability

We strive to keep Luni available, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify or discontinue features at any time.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or engage in conduct that is harmful to other users or the service. You may also delete your account at any time (see below).

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Luni and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid for Luni subscriptions in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Account Deletion

You can delete your account at any time through the app (Settings → Delete Account). This will permanently remove all your data from our systems. Deleting your account does not automatically cancel an active subscription — please cancel your subscription through the App Store before deleting your account.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Luni after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. If we make material changes, we will notify you through the app or by email.
