Using Luni

Luni provides personalized skincare routine recommendations based on information you provide. You must be at least 13 years old to use Luni.

Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account and using the app.

Not Medical Advice

Luni is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Our recommendations are for informational purposes only. Always consult with a qualified healthcare provider or dermatologist before making changes to your skincare routine, especially if you:

• Have sensitive skin or skin conditions
• Are using prescription treatments (e.g., tretinoin)
• Are pregnant or nursing
• Experience any adverse reactions

Your Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit to Luni (product reviews, notes, etc.). By submitting content, you grant us a license to use it to improve our services.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use Luni for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to access other users' accounts
• Interfere with the app's operation
• Reverse engineer or copy our software

Service Availability

We strive to keep Luni available, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify or discontinue features at any time.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Luni and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the app (if any).

Account Deletion

You can delete your account at any time through the app (Settings → Delete Account). This will permanently remove all your data from our systems.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Luni after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
